David Binder
Key Capabilities and Experience
David has worked with organizations in industries including manufacturing, high technology, banking, service, health care and government. He has extensive experience in delivering training on leadership, organizational change, team building, problem solving, productivity, performance management and selection skills to employees and all management levels.

He has worked with Hewlett Packard, Analog Devices, Shell Oil Exploration, Rolls-Royce Aero Engineering UK, FORE Systems, Southwestern Bell Corporation, Carnegie Mellon University, and other clients on projects aimed at improving productivity.

David spent eight years in a consultative sales role with a leading consulting firm, and five years as the Manager of Training and Organizational Development at Capital Blue Cross.

Dave has worked recently with such clients as the Los Alamos National Laboratory, Pacific Northwest Laboratory, Lucent Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Sharp Laboratories of America, Shell Exploration, PPG Industries, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Eaton Corp., The American Association of Retired Persons, AirTouch Communications, Lexis-Nexis, American Electric Power, Kimberly-Clark, and Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute.

David Huffner
Key Capabilities and Experience
David has more than 15 years of business experience, including more than twelve in consulting. David spent more than ten years with an international consulting firm, where he split his time between product management and client engagements. He was instrumental in developing and researching new learning and performance technologies. He led efforts to develop alternative delivery platforms, including CD-ROM and self-study versions of classroom training programs, and served as a subject matter expert in the development of an on-line performance and learning system. He also developed distributed learning solutions to meet self-paced, same-time and asynchronous collaborative learning needs.

David also has extensive experience in sales and marketing management. He has experiences in Director and Sales management roles at multiple technology equipment companies in Phoenix and California.

Dave has worked recently with such clients as the Los Alamos National Laboratory, Lucent Technologies, Hewlett Packard, Sharp Laboratories of America, Shell Exploration, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Eaton Corp., AARP, AirTouch Communications, Lexis-Nexis, American Electric Power, and Kimberly-Clark.

He has been a guest lecturer at numerous client-sponsored events, including Southwest Airlines People University and Carnegie Mellon University's Program for Executives.

Paul Paolatto
Key Capabilities and Experience
Paul has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial and retail sectors. A former executive of the Westcoast Energy group of companies, Paul has a strong background in business development, sales and marketing and operations management.

Paul's most recent experience includes a CEO role with a software company that counts Oracle and Intergraph among its distribution channel network.

David Patrick
Key Capabilities and Experience
Dave has more than 20 years of experience, including a blend of entrepreneurial startups and corporate roles. Dave focuses on strategy, sales force effectiveness, business development, marketing strategy, channels and alliances.

Prior to his current role, Dave was Vice President of a strategic marketing firm that, in successive years, was named to Inc. magazine's Top 100 fastest growing companies in the U.S. Dave has been involved in the startup of new businesses, business units and the launch of several successful products and services. Dave has consulting experience in Canada, the United States, Mexico and Europe. His most recent corporate experience was in a corporate development role with an Ernst and Young venture.

Client Experience
Dave has consulted with companies in the areas of technology, business services, sales and distribution and energy companies, including companies such as Cisco Systems, Kellogg's, Canon USA, Accenture and Motorola. He has delivered workshops on strategic planning and selection and assessment for private and public organizations.

Dave has been involved in the startup of four companies, and has provided coaching and advisory services to numerous startup businesses and business units. He has expertise in the design and development of technology based delivery and communication/marketing platforms, channel and alliance development, licensing and strategic marketing.

Jamie Rondeau
Key Capabilities and Experience
Jamie Rondeau has over 17 years of experience in sales, marketing and organizational performance improvement. She has helped large, global organizations incorporate new selection, assessment, training and development processes to support improvements to their business models, including performance improvement, expansions, re-organizations and startups.

Jamie spent 12 years in business development roles for some of North America's largest human resource assessment and development firms. She has been responsible for corporate-market sales (Fortune 1000), establishing strategic alliances with third-party distributors, B2B content providers, and associations. Jamie has also been a partner in two learning development firms.

Client Experience
Jamie has provided consulting, training, performance support, instructional design and assessment expertise for some of the world's leading suppliers of sales training and assessment, including Imparta, Huthwaite Inc., Alliance Performance Systems, and Select International. In her capacity as consultant, she has worked with GE, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Amgen, Lucent, O2, Reuters, and Hill & Knowlton.
